On our 3D Design Tool page you saw how we take sketches and ideas — yours, ours or a copy of anything you’ve seen — and create a life-like illustration in full metal and jewel colors. Once you approve this design, we:

• Mill the wax
• Cast in metal
• Set the stones (using laser welder)
• Polish

Wax Milling

We are excited to introduce our newest tool — our Revo540 Milling System. We can quickly generate a highly accurate wax model of your design, ready for casting.

In-store production of your wax model lets you see for yourself that your “vision” is being created to your complete satisfaction!

Laser Welder

Our new laser welder provides pin-point accuracy while minimizing the potential hazards of heat damage, letting us create and repair even more types of jewelry. The resulting weld is also considerably stronger than traditional solder joins.
